This can be accomplished by changing a few things in your blog that will discourage them from hitting on your blog. One such thing is to change the follow tag, changing the follow tag will keep them from spam commenting on your blog.
The 'no-follow' tag helps Google to understand that it should not give credit to the site that is being linked, therefore not having any meaning at all.

Move to the blog that has a post you wish to update and click the "Posts" button.

Click one of the links and then click "Change" to open the Edit Link dialog window.
